Cassandra Puglisi, M.S., CCC-SLP, Founder and Owner of Champion Speech, has always been passionate about helping others find their voice and feel confident communicating. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work in outpatient clinics, acute care hospitals, and school districts. While each experience helped shape her as a clinician, she found a special connection with school-based speech therapy and the opportunity it provided to build lasting relationships with students, collaborate with educators and families, and celebrate each student’s growth along the way.
After finding her passion in the school setting, Cassandra began providing contract speech-language services to school districts throughout New England. What started as a desire to provide high-quality, personalized support to schools and students grew into Champion Speech Therapy and Contracting Services.
As Champion Speech has grown, Cassandra has loved building genuine relationships with school teams and welcoming other passionate speech-language pathologists and speech-language pathology assistants to the company. Through years of clinical experience and strong relationships within the speech-language community, she is able to connect schools with exceptional clinicians who share Champion’s commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services. She believes that when clinicians feel supported, valued, and trusted, they are able to provide their very best care to the students they serve.
Outside of her work as an SLP and business owner, Cassandra enjoys hosting and cooking for family and friends, discovering new restaurants, and curling up with a great book. She loves spending time in the sunshine, whether it’s hiking or taking walks with her husband and their sweet mini Aussiedoodle, Nellie. She is happiest near the water, enjoying a beach day or watching a good sunset, and loves finding time for creative projects, home decorating, and making memories with the people she loves most.
